With a retired District Judge on board with vast experience of nearly 3 decades in multivarious laws, who is a certified Arbitrator, accredited Mediator and Family Counsellor, we are committed to provide speedy justice for all. As cases are flooding the Courts, it’s time to identify the right cases which could be settled out of Courts. Such settlements would be within the legal parlance and would result in least expenditure and minimum time consuming to the litigants. The Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) process would ensure that litigants are free from litigation and live with peace of mind. While encouraging ADR process, we ensure that the rights and justice our clients are secured resulting in win-win situation. Our team, in a view to provide awareness are dedicated to take camps at educational institutions to create awareness on various legal enactments such as Prohibition of Drugs, Anti Ragging Laws, Motor Vehicles Act, POCSO Act etc. We also dedicate ourselves to common people including the one at remote areas by conducting legal several awareness programs to enlighten one and all.
